We always work with DHL. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
With standard shipping, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days; with express shipping, within 24-48 business hours. The product will only be shipped once the corresponding payment has been received.

Refurbished or used phones do not show VAT separately: they are governed by the REBU (Special Scheme for Second-hand Goods) set out in articles 135-139 of Law 37/1992 on VAT.
