What does "certified refurbished" mean?

Our devices go through a 72-point technical inspection. Any component that doesn't meet our quality standards is replaced, all data is wiped and the factory software is restored. The result is a device that works like new at a fraction of the price.

What's the difference between the aesthetic grades?

Excellent (A): indistinguishable from new, with no visible marks. Very good (B): very light, barely noticeable marks. Satisfactory (C): visible signs of use, but works perfectly. Every grade has the same internal performance and the same warranty.

How long does the battery last?

All our devices have a minimum battery health of 85%. Excellent models exceed 95%. If you want a battery that's as good as new, choose the "New battery" option when configuring your device.

Does it come with accessories?

Every device comes with a USB-C cable. A power adapter isn't included, to reduce electronic waste. You can add optional accessories during checkout.

Can I return the device?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to return the device at no extra cost and without giving a reason. Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days.

Is it unlocked for all carriers?

Yes, all our devices are fully unlocked and compatible with any Spanish or international carrier.
