From San Diego to Badalona, in ten years
Based in Barcelona, we specialise in selling genuine refurbished iPhones: high-quality devices at affordable prices, a sustainable and reliable way to access high-end technology.
- 2016
Our beginnings
We started AlexPhone in San Diego, California, exploring the second-hand phone market. We began refurbishing used phones at reduced prices to promote affordable alternatives. From there we moved to Barcelona.
- 2017 – 2018
Development
The team taught themselves to repair devices and travelled to Shenzhen, China, to specialise in refurbishment. That allowed us to open our first shop in Badalona.
- 2019 – 2020
Grand opening
We launched our e-commerce platform, complementing the physical shop with online sales, and moved the shop to the centre of Barcelona.
- 2022 – 2023
Our growth
We redesigned the online platform and expanded our capabilities: we started selling on MediaMarkt, Carrefour and Amazon, and reached Portugal, Italy and France.
- 2024
Positioning
We established ourselves as one of the leading sellers in Spain and moved our headquarters to Badalona, to a 500 m² facility.

Expansion
We're betting on physical shops to offer more trust and closeness. The next step: opening shops in more cities across the country.
