Three steps to exercise your right
You have 30 calendar days
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 30 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods (i.e. from receipt of the order).
Let us know
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify AlexPhone S.L., Calle Mallorca 134, 08036 Barcelona, via support.alexphone.com or email [email protected], of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email).
Send it before the deadline
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for your communication regarding the exercise of this right to be sent before the deadline expires. You can use the withdrawal form template found below, although its use is not mandatory.
If you wish, although it is not mandatory, you can return a product at our AlexPhone physical store, at Calle Mallorca 134, 08036 Barcelona.
What happens to your money
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you —excluding delivery costs— without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which we were informed of your decision.
Return label: The return label costs €9.90 within Spain and €14.90 to any other country.
Opened accessories
Any accessories that have been removed from their original packaging will be deducted from the total refund (€4.90 per unit).
Payment method
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Withholding
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever condition is met first.
Return cost
You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you decide that we arrange the collection, the cost will be €9.90 (VAT included) per trip within Spain, or €14.90 per trip to any other country.
Product condition
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal will not apply to contracts for:
Customised products
Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Mixed goods
Goods which, after delivery and given their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods.
To make everything go faster
If you are going to make a return, we recommend including the invoice inside the package for convenience.
Once the return is accepted, you can choose between exchanging the product or getting a refund.
